The ALGO->LIT will provide the first comparative barometer of algorithmic literacy practices across EU countries; structure an EU-wide network of 5 000 digital inclusion workers around the challenge of algorithmic transparency; make available an Algorithmic Transparency Mediation Kit to support their work; establish an Algorithmic Literacy Competency Framework that could help enrich and build future certifications; and offer policy recommendations to improve policy responses to algorithmic literacy needs.
